Price activation without calcul.only allows creation of sales conditions

What causes this issue?

You want to activate promotion prices without carrying out a sales
price calculation.

System Response

The system creates conditions for the sales prices. Activation of
purchase prices or DC prices is not possible.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
