How to fix this error?

Install the plug-in BAPI for the AC interface (component
PI), so that the functions BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK,
BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST, BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_REV_CHECK and
BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_REV_POST are available.
