A short description for promotion &1 does not exist in language &2

What causes this issue?

The system attempted to read the text description for promotion &V1& in
language &V2& for the additionals IDoc. This entry is not, however,
maintained.

System Response

Segments "E1WTADDI13", field "AKTNR_TXT" in the additionals IDoc is
left empty.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the <DS:TRAN.WAK2>text description</> in language &V2& for
promotion &V1&.
