Only &1 instead of &2 sets of historical data exists for material &3

What causes this issue?

For material &v3& only &v1& sets of historical data exist.
However, &v2& values are required for calculating weighting factors.

No weighting factors were calculated.

How to fix this error?

Transfer the required historical data - possibly from your legacy
system.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
