All entries with date before &1 were deleted

What causes this issue?

All entries with a date before &V1& were deleted by the reorganization
run. The following numbers of entries were deleted from the relevant
tables:
WSTI_POS_EVENT: &V2& entries
WSTI_MKPF_INDEX: &V3& entries
WSTI_ART_REL: &V4& entries

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
