Synchronization of customer/supplier to business partner is not active

What causes this issue?

You want to migrate the customer master data and supplier master data
assigned to sites to business partners. The Customizing settings
required to migrate this data have not been made.

System Response

The system cannot start the migration process.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that the
<DS:SIMG.MDSV_CTRL_OPT_A>synchronization options</> are enabled as
shown below and then restart the report.
Source Object,,Target Object,,Active
Customer,,BP,,X
Supplier,,BP,,X

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
