What causes this issue?

You want to make changes to a plant group for which promotion subsequent
processing has already started.

System Response

The system does not take account of changes for items for which
subsequent processing has already been carried out.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
