What causes this issue?

Table conversation of FRE_DB_ART_SITE or FRE_MD_PRODUCT failed. This
conversion is necessary after upgrade from F&R Rel. 4.1 to F
&R Rel. 5.0.
A reason for this error may be a lock problem or an update error.
