What causes this issue?

You are trying to select the material/plant combinations to which
references are assigned during processing from the database, without
change pointers. But you did not enter a selection criterion for the
plant.

System Response

To avoid performance problems that are caused by the complete selection
of the material master table, the system does not start the processing.

How to fix this error?

Enter a plant or a range of plants and re-start the processing.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
