The material ledger type &1 in company code &2 is not consistent.

What causes this issue?

The material ledger type <(>&<)>1 in company code <(>&<)>2 is not
consistent. The material ledger type must be the same for all sites
within the same company code. There is already assigned another material
ledger type to this company code.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign the same material ledger type to all sites of the same company
code.
