What causes this issue?

You have defined the filter object &v1& without a table or a filter.

System Response

You cannot use filters for filter object &v2&. An initial data transfer
is not possible. The system transfers all changed or manually requested
objects.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
