Error opening trigger file & in directory &

What causes this issue?

In directory &V2&, no file waas created. The command "Open" was not
successfully executed.

System Response

No data will be passed on to the
POS interface.

How to fix this error?

Please ensure that these files can be created. There may not be
sufficient memory or the directory has not been created on the
hard disk.
Then run program RWDPOSTG (online or in batch) so that
the trigger files can be created.
