Background job scheduling not changed

What causes this issue?

The configuration of the background job for reading the event queue has
been changed. For the changes to apply, the background job must be
scheduled again. If this does not happen, the event delivery may not be
correct.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Schedule the background job for reading the event queue again.
