Allow one-time customers is set but "W/o registration" is not

What causes this issue?

You set the indicator for allowing one-time customers but did not
select the "without registration" indicator.

System Response

No one-time customers are allowed.

How to fix this error?

If you set the indicator allowing one-time customers, you also have to
set the "without registration" indicator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
