Shipment &1 is neither in the database nor in the archive

What causes this issue?

The system could not read shipment &V1& from the database nor stage it
from the <DS:GLOS.11B6DBF51F59D4119B540060B0671ACC>archive</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check that the document number entered is correct. The required shipment
may already have been deleted.
If the shipment has already been archived and you want to access it
nonetheless, inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

To display shipments from the archive using the shipment dialog, at
least one das <DS:GLOS.729B4CA2A619D311A1190060B0673A17>archive
information structure
</> must be active for the
<DS:GLOS.3526B454AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>archiving object</>. You can
check the settings in the
<DS:GLOS.36C0319C310905B0E10000009B38F983>archiving information system
</> using transaction <DS:TRAN.SARI>SARI</>.
