No changed route stages exist

What causes this issue?

You have tried to save changed route stages in the database. However,
the list does not contain changed stages. The system selects changed
stages in the list by using a yellow traffic light.

System Response

You cannot save.

How to fix this error?

Select and change the relevant stages and save again.
