Active content in object "&3&4" was blocked; rule violation "&1&2"

What causes this issue?

When scanning object "&V3&&V4&", the scan engine blocked the active
content due to the rule "&V1&&V2&".
For technical reasons, the object name and the rule are restricted to a
length of 100 characters. The content of these fields is filled by the
scan engine.

System Response

Active content is blocked.
The application's reaction to this block depends on the setting of the
selected virus scan profile.
