What causes this issue?

Virus scan server &V4& may potentially be used in virus scan profile
&V& in step &V3& through its scanner group. Configuration parameter
&V1& is entered there.
This is not supported by the adapter currently loaded in the virus
scan server.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
