Recursive occurrence of virus scan profile &1 in the sequence &2&3&4

What causes this issue?

Virus scan profile &V1& is to be used. However, this appears in the
chain of previously used virus scan profiles.
This chain currently contains the following virus scan profiles:
&V2&&V3&&V4&
This situation can occur, if you are working with references or
virus scan profiles as the type of entry in the steps of a virus scan
profile.

System Response

Since this is a neverending loop, the virus scan profile &V1& cannot
be used.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Ensure that no loops occur when configuring virus scan profiles.
