Fixed procedure & for application & does not exist in table T683

What causes this issue?

A procedure cannot be assigned to the selected application, instead the
specified fixed procedure must be used. There is no entry in table T683
for this procedure, which leads to the conclusion that the table
entries for message control are inconsistent.

System Response

The check will be continued nevertheless in case there are other
procedures for this application and a check has been selected for all
procedures.

How to fix this error?

Please contact the Hotline in order to clear up any inconsistencies.
