Delivery was split in decentralized WMS, will only display

What causes this issue?

The delivery was distributed to the decentralized Warehouse Management
System and was subsequently split there.

System Response

You can still process the delivery and its split partial deliveries in
the decentralized system. You can only display the document in the
central system.
