Delivery item & is already loaded in a shipment

What causes this issue?

The delivery item has already been loaded in a shipment.

System Response

The delivery item will not be deleted.

How to fix this error?

Go to the shipment document (see document flow) to which the delivery
has been assigned and remove the delivery item from the shipping unit.
