Available Capacity Consumed

What causes this issue?

The 'Available Capacity' is the sum of 'Capacity Consumed' and
'Additional Capacity Available'.


The 'Available Capacity Consumed' represents percentage of currently
attainable physical processor resources the virtual system is consuming.


On IBM Power Systems, the available capacity consumed of a Shared
Processor LPAR represents percentage of the amount of currently
attainable physical processor resources the SPLPAR is consuming.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
