Deletion not allowed (text ID & used in procedure &, client &)

What causes this issue?

You want to delete text type &V1&. This is not allowed because the text
type in procedure &V2& (client &V3&) is still being used.

System Response

The operation is terminated.

How to fix this error?

First remove the other operations using the text type before deleting
it.
