Country & in shipping point & and country & in the address do not match

What causes this issue?

The country of the shipping point and the country in the address of the
shipping point are not identical. The country of the shipping point is
maintained in Customizing for route determination.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the country in the address is correct. If this is the
case, change the country of the shipping point in Customizing for route
determination. This is not done automatically, since the transportation
zones maintained in route determination are dependent on the country.
