A transportation service agent has not been specified

What causes this issue?

Using the IDoc SHPCPR, you wanted to set the status 'Rejected by the
forwarding agent' for a number of deliveries. In the IDoc, however,
there was no forwarding agent specified in the field E1TPSHH-CARRID.
The forwarding agent is a compulsory field.

System Response

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
