What causes this issue?

The material of item &V1& does not exist in this plant/storage
location, from which the delivery should be carried out, or there could
be other reasons for this message:
The material does not exist.
The plant or the country of the plant does not exist.
The material is marked for deletion.
The storage location does not exist.
