The hierarchy entry cannot be ranked higher

What causes this issue?

You want to raise a hierarchy entry to a higher level. This is not
possible because the selected hierarchy entry is already at the highest
level (meaning it is directly under the hierarchy name).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
