Data model &1: No entity types defined as authorization relevant

What causes this issue?

To be able to maintain authorizations for master data (authorization
object USMD_MDAT) with a high level of detail, you can flag the fields
for each entity type as authorization-relevant. Use view cluster
VC_USMD003 to maintain this.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Start view cluster VC_USMD003 with transaction SM34.
