What causes this issue?

The system has to change a dispute case that has already been closed due
to a process. In Customizing however, you have not defined a status for
the case to receive if it is reopened.


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.



How to fix this error?

Define a status for reopening the dispute case automatically.
