Second meter reading for &1 not found

What causes this issue?

INTERNAL ERROR:
During the analysis of meter reading (MR) <DS:TRAN.E_JBP_CUST>conflicts
</>, the system was unable to find a meter reading with the meter
reading reson &V3& that corresponds to a meter reading (= &V1& if meter
reading has already been saved) with the meter reading reason &V2&.
The following meter readings must be available in <ZH>pairs</>:
Replacement removal ,,Replacement Installation
MR before programming ,,MR after programming
MR before log. reg. changed ,,MR after change


Possible cause:
Data was incorrectly transferred to function module &V4&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
