The current System release is outside the CATT release limits.
Execution is not possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Run the CATT in a System with the appropriate Release. The release
limits are in the CATT attributes.
