Cannot open PSE

What causes this issue?

The system cannot open the PSE. It is possible that an incorrect
password was specified.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Without the correct password, the PSE cannot be edited in the Trust
Manager. However, the system can still use the PSE. If you want to edit
the PSE m?chten, although the password is unknown, you must replace the
PSE. Note that the key of the old PSE will then be irrevocably lost.
