Issuer certificate missing in database:&1

What causes this issue?

The following issuer certificate is missing from the database or is
marked as inactive: &V1&

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Store the issuer certificate in the database (menu function
<ZK>Certificate -> Export -> Database</>) and make sure that the
certificate is not marked as inactive (menu function <ZK>Certificate ->
Database</>).
