Object CPKM & cannot be deleted due to TCI attribute

What causes this issue?

The request contains the attribute TCI with the value &V1&.
For this reason, the object R3TR CPKM &V1& cannot be deleted from the
piece list.

How to fix this error?

Verify whether you want to remove R3TR CPKM &V1& from the piece list. If
this is the case, first delete the associated TCI attribute.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
