You cannot change the deletion flag manually

What causes this issue?

Only the ABAP Dictionary of the r3trans transport program can write the
delete flag (object function = '0'). You cannot change the entry
manually.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
