Package &1 of object &2 &3 &4 does not exist

What causes this issue?

The object &V2& &V3& &V4& has the package &V1&. However, this package
does not yet exist in the system.
Possible reasons:
The original of this package is in another SAP System and has not yet
been imported into this SAP System.
This package has already been deleted.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
Transport the package into this system, if it has not already been
imported.
Display the request overview in the Transport Organizer (SE09).
Position the cursor on the object and choose <LS>Object</> ->
<LS>Object directory entry</>. You can then assign the object to a
valid package.
If the package has been deleted, create it again.
