Request number cannot be changed as there are locked obj. in request/task

What causes this issue?

The transport request for your task &V1& cannot be changed because it
contains objects with request locks.
Different requests can have differing target systems and transport
types. Adding task &V1& to another request would circumvent all the
checks regarding transport type and target system.
Within linked tasks, it is not clear whether the objects are to be
removed from the old request with or without locks. It is also not
clear what happens with identical objects in linked tasks.
Inconsistencies could occur between the objects in the tasks and the
corresponding request locks.

How to fix this error?

Contact the development team.
The <LS>Include template</> function enables you to copy all the
objects in the task to a new task belonging to the required request.
Now delete all the locked objects from the original task &V1&.
Finally, lock your new task to protect your changes.
