Test plan has been recreated

What causes this issue?

The system generate a new test plan.

System Response

If the profile is changed or plan start date or end date is changed then
all existing records will be refreshed and a new set to be added

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
