Designation must be reversed via RTPM_TRL_INIT_HREL_REV

must be reversed using Report RTPM_TRL_INIT_HREL_REV.

Reverse is not possible in Transaction TPM100

Call Report RTPM_TRL_INIT_HREL_REV in order to execute the reverse.
