PDF file could not be created

What causes this issue?

The creation of the PDF file failed. Reason for this can be:
1. The ADOBE PDF server is not working;
2. Insufficient authorizations for the user in the PC

System Response

The System failed to generate the PDF file.

How to fix this error?

Check if the ADOBE PDF server is running.
Please check the user authorizations in the PC.
