Incomplete log ==> & terminated for unknown reasons

What causes this issue?

When a program terminates, it usually leaves information that can be
analyzed. This is not the case here. All that is known is that the
program terminated and that the log is incomplete.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The only thing known for sure is that the transport step was not
completed and must be repeated.
