No response when calling CAR (program possibly canceled)

What causes this issue?

The software for archive management (SAPCAR) did not respond. The
probable cause is usually a canceled program at operating system level.

How to fix this error?

On the application server, check whether SAPCAR is functioning correctly
Install the latest version of SAPCAR if required.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
