What causes this issue?

During the queue calculation the system tried to include the OCS
package &V1& in the queue. This failed since the import prerequisites
of &V1& have not been met.

System Response

The system stops processing the queue.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you can make your SAP system meet the import
prerequisites of &V1&.
If prerequisite Support Packages are missing, look for them in the
Software Distribution Center in the SAP Service Marketplace
(http://service.sap.com/swcenter), and load them into your system.
If software components have to be installed, check whether they can be
installed in your system.
Look for SAP Notes in the SAP Service Marketplace
(http://service.sap.com/notes) that describe this problem. If there is
no solution for this problem, contact SAP Support.
Restart the queue calculation.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
