SPAM/SAINT update cannot be imported

What causes this issue?

You cannot import the SPAM/SPADE update, since the queue has not yet
been imported in full and confirmed.

System Response

The SPAM/SAINT update is not imported.

How to fix this error?

If the queue was <ZH>imported successfully</>, you have to confirm it.
If the queue was <ZH>not imported in full</>, continue importing the
queue until this has been carried out completely.
If <ZH>no objects from the Support Packages were imported into the
system</> (program terminates before the SPAM/SAINT steps DDIC-IMPORT or
IMPORT_PROPER), delete the queue and then import the SPAM/SAINT update.
