Transport layer of target system and target transport layer different

What causes this issue?

Transport layer "&V1&" of the target system and the target transport
layer "&V2&" are not the same.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change either the target system or the target transport layer.
