Task &1 is unclassified (it cannot be released)

What causes this issue?

Task &V1& is unclassified and does not contain any objects.
As soon as you include objects in the task/request, the SAP System
automatically assigns a type to the task.

System Response

You cannot release this task.

How to fix this error?
