Error saving the object keys for request/task &1

What causes this issue?

The function you selected attempted to change the object key entries
for request/task &V1&.
The following errors may have occurred during modification:
Existing object keys were added (duplicate key)
Object keys that did not exist were changed
The upper limit for the maximum number of loop passes was exceeded

System Response

The function was aborted.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the function in the request logon language with a valid
request/task.
If the error occurs in an application function, document the error and
send an error message to the SAP hotline.
