Error saving request header for &1

What causes this issue?

A header entry cannot be inserted for request/task &V1& because it
already exists (E070 or E070C).
The header entry for a request/task is entered when it is created.

System Response

The function is aborted.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the function with a valid request/task.
If this error occurs in an application function, document the error and
inform the SAP hotline.
