Transport target &2 from request &1 is not standard consolidation target

What causes this issue?

You chose request &V1&. This request has the transport target &V2&.
However, in this SAP system the transport routes are configured so that
Customizing changes in this client are transported into transport target
&V3& as standard.
If you do not stick to the configured transport routes, you may cause
inconsistencies between the SAP systems in your system landscape.

How to fix this error?

You can continue editing, or you can choose another request to record
your changes in. Choose a request with transport target &V3&.

Procedure for System Administrators

Customizing changes in this client are transported as standard into the
consolidation target that is configured for this SAP system or client.
You can change the standard transport layer and its consolidation target
in the transport route editor of the Transport Management System.
